In order to continuously ensure that our products and services meet our internal standards and surpass our guests’ expectations, we encourage all of our guests to complete a survey and share comments after their stay. We are proud to see that our follow-up surveys indicate that 100% of our guests are satisfied with both our Fantasy Rooms’ cleanliness and our customer service. And since we implemented new reservation procedures, 98% of our guests have been satisfied with the reservation process and 94% of our guests have been satisfied with the OpenKey application used to enter Tokyo Love Hotel and its Fantasy Rooms.
